Kekoa bamboo cotton inserts have been designed to work effortlessly with your one-size premium nappy shells.
This additional pack gives you spare small inserts. You may opt to use these when you are on the first 2-3 rise settings if you don't want to fold your larger size insert i.e. when using your nappy on it's smallest settings.
Set includes one small size high GSM bamboo cotton insert (same size as the smaller insert from your one-size pair in each nappy).
