Understanding Pre-Orders
- Availability: Pre-orders are for selected NSPRE products before their official release. Check the product page for pre-order release date.
- Information Updates: Descriptions, specs, and release dates can change. We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes.
Placing a Pre-Order
- Pre-Order Button: The "Buy Now" and "Add to Cart" buttons will be replaced with a "Pre-Order Now" button to ensure you know you are making a Pre-Order.
Confirmation and Updates
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your pre-order with all the details. Save this for reference.
- Status Updates: Once you've placed your order, if any updates are required, they will be sent to email on your order.
Release and Shipping
- Estimated Release: Check the product page for the estimated release date. This can change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
- Shipping: We'll ship pre-orders as soon as products are available. Delivery times may vary. We ship all pre-orders in order they were received.
- Ordering on Release Day: Ordering a Pre-Order product on the day it releases, will not put your order ahead of other pre-orders. Those who pre-ordered, orders will be processed first.
- Processing Times: Depending on how many Pre-Orders are initiated, processing times upon release can vary. Processing can spread across 1-3 weeks.
Modifying or Canceling Pre-Orders
- Changes: Contact customer support to try to modify your pre-order before it ships. Changes are subject to availability and order status.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-order any time before it ships. Contact customer support to request a cancellation and refund.
- Processing Cancellations: Once pre-order processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. You'll need to return the product after you receive it.
