All of the exercises have different difficulties, showing how you progress in each movement from beginner - advanced. The workshop has been designed with the latest science backed approach to mobility and stretching, allowing you to progress quickly, safely and efficiently.
With a detailed assessment section, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your body and its functionality. You'll be able to determine what exercises are most appropriate for you and learn from both an instructors and participants view, alongside progressive exercises and variations for individual needs.
