Beside the free exercises we provide through our social media pages, we aim to give you more structured exercises that will allow you to target specific areas of the foot that you need to work on.
The workshop is split into several different chapters which include the following:

- How to best use the Workshop
- Beginner Exercises for Mobility & Strength for the foot & ankle
- Intermediate Exercises for Mobility, Strength & Stability for the foot & ankle
- Advanced Exercises for Mobility, Strength & Stability for the foot & ankle
- All above levels come with downloadable PDF programs along with the video instructions
You can choose to buy this workshop separately if you have a similar tool like the yoga block or with the unique density FootBlock in the drop-down menu.
