How to Use ND Filters: An Introduction

Perfect for landscape applications and greater control over your exposures, the 7artisans 72mm ND64 Neutral Density Filter is a solid 6-stop ND that enables working with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than usually required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.

ND64 filter provides a 6-stop reduction in light, which allows for creating long exposures and blurring motion in bright light conditions. It is ideal for smoothing movement and landscape applications.
Double-sided multilayer coating uses 24 layers of coating on both sides to reduce reflections on the surface of the filter, resulting in greater clarity and contrast.
Nano Coating is water, scratch, and oil-resistant and easy to clean.
K9 optical glass and slim 6061 aluminum ring.
