Description
This Bacopa caroliniana is called "Yellow flame" because it has being selectively crossed to accent the yellow and red tips. Bacopa isn't your fastest growing plant, but this is because it is thicker than most stem plants. It's leaves almost feel rubbery to the touch.
Bacopa caroliniana serves a foraging ground for fish, shrimp, and snails, they will be seen scavenging on the stems or base for tiny food particles and detritus. In addition, this plant will be an additional place for the growth of biofilm, which is an ideal first food for newly hatched fry and shrimplets. Propagation is through replanting cuttings, which will immediately start to grow roots.
