The Calathea Setosa XL Ctenanthe Exotica Prayer Plant is a stunning herbaceous perennial. Its silvery green leaves are striped with dark green. The underside of each leaf is purple, which is a striking contrast to the patterned top. These Calathea's are not as picky as some other Calathea's and get nice and tall. They do fold up at night as they are part of the prayer plant family which is stunning to see. These are about 40" tall from bottom of pot to top of plant and regularly push out new growth.

Originating from the tropical rain forests of South America, this plant is perfect for growing in a pot in your living space. It can spread outwards to between 6 inches and 2 feet wide and can grow to 6 inches and 3 feet in height.

Available in the following packaging based on your preference:

Nursery Pot Standard plastic 6 or 8-inch planter pot that can be placed inside a larger pot or left as is until it outgrows it.
Selene Planter - Ceramic 6.5" Marble Planter with drainage hole and matching rose gold ceramic tray. The planter measures: 7.5" x 6.5" x 6.5" and weighs approximately 3.7 lbs. We recommend placing your plant in the nursery pot inside it to make it easy to water and transplant.
