Delphinium grandiflorum

Deep blue flowers of Blue Butterfly Delphinium begin in spring and continues throughout the season. It grows 30-40 cm tall. Compact growing and does not need staking. It is excellent for beds, borders, rockeries, mass planting, cottage gardens, container planting or as a cut flower. Hardy Perennial (usually grown as an annual)

Sowing Instructions:

Raise seedlings in spring and autumn at 4mm deep, 20 cm apart. Needs part or full sun and moist, well-drained soil. Chilling of seeds in the fridge is recommended for 4 days before sowing. Emerge in 10-30 days at 18-24°C. Maturity in 140-150 days.
