Experience the centuries-old tradition of Appalachian craftsmanship! Our Appalachian Folk Skills Class celebrates our American heritage through hands-on projects and discussions about traditional crafts, food preservation techniques, and more. Using locally-sourced materials, we'll explore everything from weaving and broom-making to soap-making and dyeing. With a low-intensity level and no pressure, it's the perfect opportunity to get creative and cultivate unique skills from the past.
