EASY GLIDE: At Fulton we pay particular attention to the safety of all children's umbrellas including toxicity, flammability, sharp edges and secure tips and ferrule. We have developed a special opening and closing system so it is completely safe for the small fingers.
PLEASE NOTE: All clear dome umbrellas come with a protective "dusting" on the sleeve. This is to prevent the PVC becoming too hot during transit and hence the panels sticking together, which would cause the PVC to rip.
