Our Turmeric Massage Oils come in 5 different variants- Neroli (orange blossom) & Orange, Lemongrass, English Lavender, Jasmine and Musk.
Add 1/8-1/4 teaspoon to any drink or sprinkle over food. Avoid using boiling water. Can be taken any time of the day, turmeric is best taken before going to bed, as turmeric needs time to absorb in the body. 7 Spice is best taken in the morning as it is very energising.

Our extracts are highly concentrated, so we blend it with natural maltose (found in a wide range of fruits and vegetables) to make it suitable for home consumption.
