This precision-machined 1/4-1/8 inch reduction collet adaptor for 1/8 shank router bits (made in the USA) is designed for CNC creators who expect professional workmanship from their CNC routers and projects.

This collet, considered a 'precision-fitted collet', is made from 4140 steel for high wear resistance and is machined to 0.001" tolerances. This collet by IDC Woodcraft ensures your CNC router bits run exceptionally true and significantly reduces the opportunity for bit slipping.

Using ANSI industry standards, IDC Woodcraft ensures this collet is manufactured to machining-level tolerances for an extremely precise match-up between 1/4" collets and 1/8" shank router bits, virtually eliminating ‘tool runout’.
