The IPT60R050G7XTMA1 is a 600V CoolMOS�G7 power transistor in 8 pin HSOF package. The C7GOLDCoolMOS�technology, 4pin Kelvin source capability and the improved thermal properties of the TOLL package to enable a possible SMD solution for high current topologies such as PFC up to 3KW.
