The Joerns UltraCare XT AdvanceCare Bed offers a 500 lb weight capacity for accommodating a wide range of patients with different needs. It includes multiple reclining positions, like Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg, which promote better blood circulation. Easily adjust the bed's head, foot, and height with the push of a button, tailoring it to particular patient or caregiver requests.
Wide, arched legs simplify patient transfer. Bed rolls between 7” and 70”; pedal locking system secures it quickly.

Warranty
Joerns UltraCare XT Beds, Model UCXT, are guaranteed for a period of five years from the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service.
This five-year warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components.
Steel structural components on beds are covered under warranty for a period of 15 years from the date of delivery.
Welds are covered under warranty for the lifetime of the product.
Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse or failure to maintain the product in accordance with user and service instructions is not covered.
Any alteration, modification, or repair unless performed by or authorized in writing by Joerns Healthcare, will void this warranty.
Parts
Joerns beds contain various parts that wear from normal use. These parts, such as DC batteries, are not covered under the stated warranty but are covered for 90 days after date of delivery.

We offer all customers free shipping in the continental United States with tracking. No shipping cost - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it! Email for availability if in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
Shipping & Processing Times
Please allow usually 1-2 business days to process an order and 4-8 business days to ship an order.
Tracking
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Returns
