 1 Year Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

We provide a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in critical components such as the recliner mechanism (excluding damage caused by excessive weight or foreign objects), sofa wooden frame, and base (including cloth, belt, and spring). These elements are integral to the performance and longevity of your furniture. If you encounter any issues with these components during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Upholstery Material (Leather, Fabric, Foam, Stitch)

Our sofas are crafted using high-quality materials. In the rare event of unseen defects within the specified coverage period, we will repair or replace the affected parts. Please note that once the customer has accepted and signed off on the product, exchanges or refunds are not applicable due to the disposal of packaging and product usage. It's important to understand that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from exceeding the material's capabilities or defying its natural characteristics. While we use premium materials, regular usage will naturally lead to some wear over time. We encourage proper care and maintenance of your sofa to extend its lifespan.

Examples of exclusions include:

*Natural stretching of leather or fabric, leading to creasing

*Variations in foam density and shape due to hand-stuffing and user habits

*Stitching irregularities on stretchable materials

*Damage caused by improper cleaning agents or excessive force.
