Tomatoes can take up a lot of space. Dwarf tomatoes take up less space, but usually grow at least 1 m tall. Micro dwarfs like the Bonsai tomato variety reach a height of just 30 cm. This makes them the best choice for growing in very confined spaces like vertical gardens, window boxes or pots. One of the best things about Bonsai is that it bears prolifically. It's almost unbelievable how many tomatoes you can get from each plant. And aside from being yummy, these little darlings are really pretty!
