This product offer all of the advantages of the well recognized high-performance x32 architecture with standardized features including 2048kB of addressable program memory size, 160kB of Auxiliary flash, 524288bytes of data memory size, two comparators and 24-channel 12-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter. This device operates at a maximum frequency of 200MHz with wide operating voltage of 2.2 to 3.6V.
