This 58mm Neewer 2 in 1 Variable ND Filter and CPL Filter allows you to shoot under bright lighting conditions to capture images with motion blur. The filter helps reduce reflections and glare from shiny objects like water, metal, or glass. The variable neutral density filter reduces 1 to 5-stops of light without having to stop shooting to swap filters.
