How to Use ND Filters: An Introduction

Compatible with lenses with 77mm filter threads, this Soft GND8 Filter from Neewer is designed to balance exposure when working in high-contrast situations. Unlike an ND filter that evenly reduces all light, this graduated neutral density (GND) filter reduces only a portion of the light entering the camera. The darker section reduces light by 3 stops for darkening skies and other bright areas of the image.
