Designed primarily for access and edge AV over IP applications, the AV Line M4250 GSM4210PD 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Compliant Managed AV Switch from Netgear is pre-configured with out-of-the-box functionality to quickly get you up and running. It features eight PoE+ compliant RJ45 ports that each deliver up to 30W of power with a 110W budget to operate your compatible equipment. Additionally, its Gigabit SFP slot and Gigabit RJ45 port help ensure strong integration with your devices while its flexible mounting design allows you to place it onto a rack, attach it to a wall, or desk.

Featuring a 20 Gb/s switching capacity, a 14.88 Mpps forwarding rate, and a simplified user interface with Netgear IGMP Plus providing multicast functionality, the AV Line M4250 is designed to minimize hassles so you can focus on making quality broadcasts.

Easy Configuration

A streamlined interface enables factory default AV settings or user-specified AV profiles to be assigned to individual ports with just a few clicks.

Pre-Configured for Multicast

Netgear IGMP Plus provides multicast functionality right out of the box for most AV over IP applications. There's little to no setup required for clear Video over IP delivery.

Quiet Design

The fanless design provides silent operation, so you can broadcast without disruptions.

Automatic Configuration

Auto-trunk and auto-LAG functionality auto connects with other M4250 and M4300 switches.

AVB Support

Updating to the latest firmware enables the Audio Video Bridging (AVB) profile, allowing this switch to connect to compatible devices with improved synchronization, reliability, and performance.
