SPRING ONION White Rod - 150 Seeds

Allium cepa/ Allium fistulosum

White Rod is the most winter-hardy bunching spring onion with little or no bulbing. Sought-after and highly adaptable variety with excellent flavour. It can be used in salad, as a garnish, in dips, stews, soups, salads and stir-fries. Hardy Biennial (usually grown as an annual).

Sowing Instructions:

Sow in autumn and winter at 5mm deep, 10cm apart. Germination in 7-10 days at 18-25°C. Maturity in 65-70 days.
