Subject Line: Include your full name and order number.

Attach Photo: Provide a clear headshot of the pet portrait for engraving.

Pet Name: Specify the name of your pet for engraving. Only one font is available—refer to our sample photos.

Multiple Discs: If you want multiple discs on the same necklace, clearly indicate which name corresponds to each photo. Ensure you pay for the correct number of pendants.

Pendant Placement: Ordering 2+ pendants and want them spaced apart? Just add a note, and we’ll arrange them for you!

- While jewelry can be worn while washing hands or sweating, we recommend removing it before showering to prevent product wear over time.
