1) 300 mg Caffeine

- L-Theanine is an amino acid found primarily in green tea, and when combined with caffeine, provides many cognitive benefits.

- Improves focus, alertness, memory, mental performance and enhances mood.
- Effective dosages range between 100–200 mg, usually combined with caffeine.
3) 6g Citrulline Malate (2:1)
- Amino acid L-Citrulline bound with Malic acid, a natural substance found in many fruits.
- Massive muscle pumps and blood flow.
- Supports nitric oxide production.
- Relieves muscle soreness.
- Citrulline malate has better absorption rate than L-Arginine.
- Effective dosage is 6–8 g.
4) 3g Beta-Alanine

- Glycerol may also help with muscle pump and vascularity during exercise and training.
6) 250mg Coconut Water Powder for hydration.

Suggested Usage
Please read the entire label carefully before use :
Suggested Use : Assess your tolerance with 1 scoop (half serving, approx. 6g) mixed with 200ml cold water for 5-7 days. After assessing your tolerance thoroughly, if needed, mix 2 scoops (approx. 12g) in 300ml cold water. First time users, start with HALF SCOOP (approx. 3g) for 7 days and get used to the product first. Continue using the serving size which is best suitable until and unless it stops giving the same effect and then you can increase the dosage (not more than 1 full serving 12g).
- Use pre gayor level 1 before workout only. Use in conjunction with proper diet and exercise regimen.
- Pour liquid first and then add the powder to reduce formation of lumps.
- Once prepared, consume immediately.
- Vary amount of water according to your taste preference.
- Do not consume pre gayor level 1 five hours before sleep.
- Do not consume pre gayor level 1 more than 1 serving in 24 hours.
- Drink 3-4 liters of water while consuming this pre-workout.
