The Shadow Walk container is for anyone looking to start their shadow work journey, to shift through things hidden in their psyche and release them - but maybe is looking for some guidance in doing so. Not all things cant be done in the Light, sometimes we need to find deep love and healing in and for the Dark to bring about balance.

There are two versions of this 8 week course; a Solo 1-1 journey or a journey in shared  Space Holding Group. Both versions follow the same layout and process as detailed below. Participants in the Space Holding Group will share everything together, but undergo their Power Animal Retrievals and Extractions in their own private sessions.

There are two payment options - pay in full or 3 instalments of £90, one at booking the first appointment, the second invoice will be issued at the end of the third session and final invoice will be issued at the end of the sixth session.

Course Details:
We will spend 8 weeks learning to efficiently ground and "bubble" ourselves to protect and reinforce our energy before undoing our shadow work exploration. We'll start our shadow work journals along side guided Shadow Walk meditations which will help us reflect upon and document anything that comes up through the process. That will be your safe hold of information, you're never required to share anything that you don't want to, but your own documentation will prove invaluable. We'll spend time bringing back a Shamanic Power Animal to help reinforce and guide you, helping you further in the Shadow Walk meditations. A powerful Shamanic Extraction will also be preformed to remove any blockages or attachments which maybe hindering progress or depleting energy, as well as receiving feedback from your guides. 
Each session will start and close with Usui Reiki to set the energy at peace for the journeys to follow, and at the close of the course we will have a small ceremony of a cord cutting to acknowledge everything you'e worked to reveal and release. Classes will consist of 10-15mind of opening the circle and reiki, 1 hour of active working and then 15mins of closing the circle, sharing and questions. You will receive a Shadow Walk journal as well as access to a private discussion board where you can keep in touch and share any experiences or information at your leisure (its not a WhatsApp group and is also not compulsory)
