What to bring:
- Yoga mats are available at the room, but feel free to bring yours if you prefer to do so.
- A towel for the existing yoga mats if you don't bring your own, pillow, blanket, anything will make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
As we can host up limited spots per session, please let us know if you have booked but cannot attend so we can offer your place to another person.
