Bamboo inserts can be placed anywhere you like! No danger of harming babies skin or not absorbing fast enough and getting leaks. Bamboo is incredibly absorbent and naturally resists bacterial growth.
The Ample Insert is an absorbent 4 layer insert with a snap or a extra absorbent 8 layer folded insert with a snap. If you have a moderate to heavy wetter in cloth - bamboo is an excellent choice!

Insert Preparation
(This is an important step, don't skip it)
- Wash warm with detergent and tumble dry, repeating this process 2-3 times before first use (they will continue to gain absorbency with more washing).
