Tomato Mallee Rose seeds
Solanum lycopersicum
Packet: 20 seeds, 1g
Mallee Rose was created by Patrina Nuske-Small in 2009, a cross between Rosella Purple and Orange Heirloom. This mid-season rugose regular-leaf dwarf produces abundant medium-large pink fruit weighing 175g to 280g. that are sweet and juicy. Growers should stake the plants as they can become heavy with fruit. Overripe fruits result in a loss of flavour and texture. Patrina named Mallee Rose after the endangered native West Australian Eucalypt, Rose Mallee.
Sow spring & early summer at 5mm deep & 50cm apart. Germination in 5-12 days at 22-30°C. Maturity in 90 days. Determinate - Bush.
Happy Valley Seeds would like to express sincere gratitude to Patrina Nuske-Small for sharing the seeds.
