Tomato Tasmanian Chocolate seeds
Solanum lycopersicum
Packet: 20 seeds, 1g
These Tasmanian Chocolate tomatoes produce rich beefsteak fruit with a black-purple blush on a compact bush. They are the ideal choice for small veggie patches and pots. The Dwarf Tomato Project released this determinate dwarf variety due to its compact size and large fruit, specifically picked by Linda Reid of Tasmania. This variety bears the fruit of approximately 250g with a delicious, balanced flavour and high yield. It produces fruit within ten weeks of transplantation and yields up to 8kg per plant.
Sow spring & early summer at 5mm deep & 50cm apart. Germination in 5-12 days at 22-30°C. Maturity in 85 days. Determinate - Bush.
Happy Valley Seeds would like to express sincere gratitude to Patrina Nuske-Small for sharing the seeds.
