Keemun black tea, one of the famous Chinese black teace.The production of black tea in Keemun started from 1875. Keemun black tea win the praise of "one of the best three high aroma teas in the world" and "the queen Of fragrance".
The appearance of Keemun black tea is slender and elegant.The reddish brown tea liquor is tasted heavy and brisk. The lasting strong aroma resembling both aroma of fruit and that of rose is the distinctive flavor for Keemun black tea.
Brewing Guide:
1. Generally use 4g tea per 200ml (7oz) water.
2. The water temperature for brewing green tea should be around 80º C.
3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, and wait for about 2 minutes' infusion.
4. Then enjoy the tea. Could brew 3-4 times.

Suggested Usage:
Use between one and two teaspoons of leaves per cup of 85 degree water (185 fahrenheit) for up to one minute. Increase the steeping time for each subsequent brewing.
About Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong Black Tea
Our Lapsang Souchong comes from the place of origin Tong Mu Guan in Xing Village, or simply known as Bohea. Many had drank this tea before but only a handful have tried an authentic Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong from the original farm. Highly recommended!
Zheng Shan means "Original Mountain" and only tea leaves picked from Wuyi harvest area can be called as "Zheng Shan".
