Can it juice harder fruit and veg?
Yes! If you cut your fruit and veg into smaller pieces it will make it easier to juice!
How long does it take to charge?
It takes from 4-6 hours to charge your Zippy Juicer. Make sure you use a 5V AMP charging plug for your juicer, to ensure that it charges properly.
How long does it operate for on one charge?
The Zippy Juicer works once it is unplugged from the charger, and will operate for 40-60 mins with a full charge.
Whats the difference between Cold Pressed Juice and Other Juices?
Juicing is one of the easiest and tastiest way to give your body nutrients. Store bought juices often have preservatives or hidden sugars within concentrates. Standard fast-spinning blade juicers tear apart fruits and vegetables removing all the good stuff from the juice leaving little or no nutritional value. The Zippy Juicer presses and grinds your fruits and vegetables to slowly extract their nutrients, but resulting in a lot more juice that is far more nutrient rich.
My juicer isn’t turning on?
The Zippy Juicer won’t turn on unless all of it’s components are secured properly into place! Please ensure you have the top attachment (the chute) locked in place properly, you will hear it beep when it is secured! Make sure you use a 5V AMP charging plug for your juicer, to ensure that it charges properly.
What is the warranty?
The warranty for your Zippy Juicer is 12 months. Kindly note that the warranty does not cover damage by force ie dropping.
