Designation: Assistant Manager - Retention Marketing
Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Retention Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive retention marketing strategies that focus on customer lifecycle management, churn prevention, and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Design, test, and optimize email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
Customer Segmentation and Personalization:
- Utilize customer data and insights to segment the audience and develop targeted campaigns.
- Personalize marketing messages and offers based on customer behavior, preferences, and purchase history.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key retention metrics (e.g., repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, churn rate) and report on the performance of retention campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve retention strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, customer service, and analytics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging and on-brand retention marketing materials.
Customer Feedback and Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement customer feedback loops to enhance the overall customer experience and retention.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in retention marketing.
- Adapt and innovate strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and natural products is a plus.
