How will we deliver your order?
Your order will be delivered to you through a  Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 2 to 4 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed/Text messaged an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). You can also check this ID when you sign in to the website. If you’re not a preferred customer, you may call or email our Customer Care with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.

There is a fault in the product, what do I do?
In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.

Can I open the cash on delivery parcel before making payment to the courier first?

No. You can't open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 15 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund (less the shipping charges) or an exchange voucher.
