You may secure your place immediately by paying a deposit here. Or you may contact us at [email protected] and we will process your booking manually. You will then be asked to fill in a registration form.
What is included in the price?
- All tuition, talks and lectures
- All materials and instructions required for workshops
- Loan of all the necessary frames and equipment required for workshops
- All hotel accommodations for the stated duration of the tour and all coach travel where applicable
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel for the duration of the retreat
- All entry museum fees or other special excursions
- Refreshments during workshops and lectures
- Return travel from Edinburgh to St Andrews by coach (via Burrell Museum on return)
- Taxi from St Andrews or nearby train stations if travelling directly to St Andrews
What is not included in the price?
- Airport transfers
- Personal expenditure at hotels, excursions and events, e.g. bar, laundry, telephone, IT, meal extras beyond anything that has already been arranged as part of the Retreat
- Additional tips and gratuities at your discretion
Payment
You may pay the entire amount at the point of booking via this booking page. Alternatively, you may pay in instalments as follows:
- £500 deposit payable on booking - pay here
- 50% of payment by 31st May 2022
- 100% of payment by 30th June 2022
You are strongly advised, at the point of booking, to take our personal travel insurance which covers the whole cost of your stay and travel should for any reason you are unable to attend.
Payment methods
- Payment can be made by Bank Draft/Transfer
- If you are paying from a foreign bank account, we recommend using TransferWise. This is a service designed specifically for foreign currency transfers and offers the cheapest fees (much cheaper than your bank would charge for an international transfer)
- We also accept payments by credit card or debit card or by UK cheque
- We would prefer not to accept Paypal for payments other than the deposit
