For Australian orders we ship using AusPost or Sendle. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched so please refer to your shipment email for tracking details.
We also offer Express Post delivery. This service provides delivery within 2 working days of dispatch See AusPost and Sendle full delivery times.

Refunds are accepted within 1 week from date received.
It is preferable to use original packaging if possible. If not please use a packaging insuring the goods are protected.
Please mention your order number in the email requesting refund.
