Return Policy

Return and Refund Contact

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us at [email protected]. We will reply to you within 2 business days. 

Important: Please do not file a dispute with your credit card company directly as it will actually delay the processing of your request.

 

Returns / Exchanges

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is crucial that you keep the shipping label of the original package upon requesting a return/replacement/refund!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All damaged items, wrongly sent items, wrong quantity sent or defective items will be accepted for a free return for a refund or replacement within 15 days after receiving the item (in order to start return process, you must provide a photo of a defective item).

Items that are not needed anymore, not liked by size, color, material etc, (buyers remorse) can be returned or exchanged but customers will need to bear the return/exchange shipping cost.

When the item reaches us, it gets scanned and processed with warehouse and then we will issue a refund/replacement/partial refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 3 to 7 business days.

Refunds of Late or Missing Order
We offer a full refund to an order that fails to be delivered to you by 60 days of shipping if the shipping destination is the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Russia, South Korea and all European Union Countries.

We offer a full refund to an order that fails to be delivered to you by 90 days of shipping if the shipping destination is the rest of the world except the above mentioned countries.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Insurance 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
