 Shipping & Delivery:

We normally ship orders out within 1-2 business days. If there will be a delay or if you order a back ordered item we will contact you.

U.S. Shipping & Tracking Information:
For Orders over $50 we offer Free Standard Shipping with Tracking within the U.S. via U.S. Postal Service or UPS (depending on the item(s) you ordered). For Orders under $50 we just charge a flat rate of $4.95.
Priority 2-3 Day Shipping with Tracking via U.S. Postal Service is available at Check-Out. Overnight Delivery thru the U.S. Postal Service is not available at this time. If you need overnight delivery, we may be able to ship your order via UPS Please Email Us for a quote. Regardless of what method your order will ship by, we will email you with tracking for it so please add us to your Approved Sender email list to ensure delivery or our emails.

International Shipping and Tracking Information:
We ship all our Art Gifts to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand! International shipping is through the US Postal Service via Air-Mail. The cost for shipping can be calculated in the Shopping Cart prior to you placing your order. Most items are shipped right away, however a few of our products require approx 1 week to ship - this will be noted on the product page and we will email you as soon as your order goes out. Delivery time is normally a few weeks but will vary depending on your location and your country's Customs Department. Tracking is available. International Customs Info: Your country may have a Customs Fee or Tariff that will be applied to your order. Unfortunately, due to the number of countries we ship to and continually changing policies, we do not have current information on the types of products or order values that will incur customs fees or the amount of those fees. We are not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, Custom's Charges or additional handling charges your country may require on your order. We do use approved customs forms on all our International packages and declare the value of items at the lowest possible price. Please contact your country's custom's office or your local post office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from ArtistGifts.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of your new and unused merchandise within 60 days of delivery. We offer Free Return Shipping on Exchanges.

Ordering:

We Accept - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Cards ShopPay and other Payment methods. 
You can order online via our secure check out using a credit or debit card,  PayPal or a variety of online Payment Methods.
If for any reason you do not wish to order online, we will gladly take your order by phone during our normal business hours. Just call us at: 541-238-5521.
We also accept check or money orders. Please email us or call to confirm availability and total order amount.

Gift Orders & Gift Services:

At ArtistGifts.com we specialize in gifts! During Checkout you can choose to have us mail your gift directly to the recipient. Don't worry about prices, we will not include them with your gift. Instead, you will receive your receipt via Email and your recipient will receive their gift with only the order number and who has sent it. We also have different gift options including gift wrap, gift box or greeting cards, depending on the product. You will find available options when ordering.

Broken, Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event you receive a broken, damaged or defective item please Contact Us as soon as possible via email: [email protected] or Call us at: 541-238-5521. We will promptly replace the item at no cost to you and arrange for it to be returned to us if necessary. (Many issues can be handled without returning an item if you send us a photo via email or smart phone.)
Note: Please keep packaging and contents until you hear from us as without them we can not process a damage claim.

Customer Account and Order Information:

You will receive an email and or text with your order information when you place an order. If you would like to access your order information online or update your account information you can do so by using the Account Link at the top of our website. 

Privacy & Security:

All information which you provide to us is confidential and we will never sell or share this information. We do however require your Email address when ordering online to confirm your order-receipt and/or if we need to contact you regarding any issues with your purchase, for example, an item may be currently out of stock, or we might need to clarify shipping info.
