Kwad Care Terms and Conditions

OVERVIEW

As a pilot, we know that you put your Rotor Riot Built and Tuned Drones to the extremes. Punching the throttle stick to rocket-fast to the sky, to drop even faster for a swift last-minute rescue, transitioning to an elegant swooping hover low to the ground, and power looping the tightest gaps with your Rotor Riot Built and Tuned Drone as your confidant. And while durability is a trademark of our products, sometimes life can play us all a losing card. That is why Rotor Riot is excited to announce Kwad Care’s launch, a program that helps pilots cover damages to their Rotor Riot Built and Tuned Drones.

Kwad Care is a monthly paid membership that grants customers that have bought built and tuned drones from Rotor Riot access to free repair labor, discounts on replacement parts, and VIP customer care. It is good to know that you can be up in the air fast, hassle-free, and without breaking the bank if you crash. For only $19.99 per month, you can enjoy carefree flying!

HOW IT WORKS?

If the unthinkable happens and you damage your drone, you can send it to us, and we will repair it. A typical situation that we see is broken arms and motors. In the table below, you can see that on that repair alone, THE CUSTOMER WITH KWADCARE SAVED A TOTAL OF $60.00!

ELIGIBILITY

If you are a legal adult and live in the United States or its territories, you can opt-in at the moment of the purchase or up to 15 days after the original purchase date. 

Only the following Rotor Riot Built and Tuned Drones sold directly by Rotor Riot store may be eligible: Cinewhoop, HD1, HD1xr, HD1 USA, Skyeliner HD, Vanover HD, Baby Shark, Digiwhoop, CL1, and CL1xr.

BILLING

You will be charged $19.99 on a recurring monthly basis. Your billing cycle will start when we ship your drone; this will also determine your regular billing date. 

COVERAGE

Your monthly membership will cover damages to your drone and all the parts that are affixed to it. Any labor cost will be free of charge, and the parts needed for the repair will be automatically discounted by 20% of the regular price. Only our technician may deem what parts meet the replacement criteria. This membership will not protect ground equipment such as goggles and or radio controllers. 

SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to and from our repair workshop in Orlando, Florida. 

CANCELLATIONS

The customer may choose to cancel at any time during his membership by contacting our customer service support. Rotor Riot may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your account for failure to timely pay any Fees (upon reasonable notice to you) or to provide accurate information, any breach of these Subscription Terms (or any other terms incorporated herein) or any abusive or fraudulent conduct towards any Rotor Riot employees and we will not issue any refund, credit or other consideration.

REFUNDS

Rotor Riot will not issue any refund, credit, or other consideration.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to change these benefits or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Subscription Terms, any changes will take effect following notice to you.

REGISTRATION

Account Registration. In order to access or use certain features of the Subscription, you may be required to create a Rotor Riot account (“Account”) and become a “Registered User” of the Subscription. During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain information and establish a username and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at other times when you use the Subscription and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. Rotor Riot reserves the right to refuse to keep Accounts for, or provide services to, any individual if Rotor Riot has a valid reason. Rotor Riot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, after sufficient notice, if any information provided during the registration process or at other times proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify GoPro of any unauthorized use of your Account. 

RENEWAL

Automatic Renewal Terms. The subscription fee and any other applicable charges including taxes, transaction fees, or other charges (collectively, the “Fee”) will be charged to your payment method on the billing date indicated on the website, the Receipt, and/or in your account settings. The Fee will be stated on our website when you sign up or modify your account. In addition, the Fees will be stated on your receipt and/or in your account settings. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew for the applicable subscription term you selected when signing up for or modifying your account (e.g. monthly, annually or, if applicable, some other term) unless canceled in accordance with Cancellation Terms. Rotor Riot, or,, will charge the Fee to your payment method on the expiration of the Free Introductory Trial and recurring based on your subscription term (monthly, annually, or, if applicable, some other period). You will be asked to authorize, and by accepting these terms you hereby expressly authorize, Rotor Riot to make such charges to your payment method. Following registration on our website, We will send you a copy of the receipt to the email address you provide within a reasonable time.
