We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label from us. You have up to 30 days from ship date to return or exchange items by mail.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will refund you within 3 to 5 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order.
