Terms and Conditions for Urban Farm-It Black Friday Pre-Sale 2023

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the Black Friday Pre-Sale ("Pre-Sale") of urban-farm-it.com (Urban Farmer Ltd). By participating in this Pre-Sale, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Pre-Sale Period The Pre-Sale commences on 17th November 2023 and concludes on 23rd November 2023 at midnight (GMT).

3. Eligibility The Pre-Sale is open to all customers. However, Urban Farm-It reserves the right to restrict or deny sale access at its sole discretion.

4. Pre-Sale Offer The Pre-Sale offers up to 20% off on selected items. It is important to note that not all products in the Black Friday collection will have a uniform discount; discounts on products may vary, with some items offering 15% off or other varying discount rates.

5. Exclusion of WELCOME10 Discount Code The WELCOME10 discount code, typically offered for a first order discount of 10%, is not compatible with the Pre-Sale. The Pre-Sale discounts cannot be combined with the WELCOME10 discount or any other promotions.

6. Exclusion of Volume Discounts on Featured Spawn Products Volume discounts are not applicable to the featured spawn products included in the Pre-Sale. These selected items are exclusively subject to the Pre-Sale discount rates and cannot be combined with any volume discount offers.

7. Product Availability Products are available for purchase during the Pre-Sale period until stock lasts. Urban Farm-It reserves the right to add or remove products from the Pre-Sale at any time without prior notice.

8. Amendments and Cancellation Urban Farm-It reserves the right to amend or cancel the Pre-Sale at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Urban Farm-It is not liable for any compensation related to the cancellation.

9. Pricing and Payment All prices are as shown on the Urban Farm-It website and are inclusive of VAT. Urban Farm-It reserves the right to change prices without notice. Payments must be made in accordance with Urban Farm-It’s standard payment terms.

10. Returns and Refunds Products purchased during the Pre-Sale are non-refundable. If you experience issues with your product, please contact our support team who will promptly assist you.
