All prices shown on the website will be the exact same at the nursery. You can either choose free local pickup or pay for shipping at checkout.
Shipping
All your orders will be packed and shipped within 1 business day using Australia Post or Sendle. The standard timeframe for delivery is 2-8 business days.
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or an SMS from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey!
Local Delivery
- Local delivery is available for orders over $100. You will be able to see if local delivery is available after typing in your address. Please enter your phone number so we can discuss a suitable delivery time.
Returns and Refunds
1. For your peace of mind, we personally guarantee any breakages that occur during transit. In the rare case that your parcel arrives damaged, we can provide a refund or replacement. You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide photos of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition. To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order and provide a clear photo of:
- The packaging
- The parcel label
- The damaged item.
2. We also offer undamaged/unused returns for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete a return, we require a proof of purchase. You are also required to cover the return postage costs.
Please allow us 2-3 days to process your return request. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within 5-10 days, however please note your credit may take longer to arrive depending on your card issuers policy.
