Domestic Shipping:
•You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number. If you select "Priority" as a shipping method at checkout, your package will come with insurance up to $50, and can take anywhere between 1-3 business days to arrive. If you select "First Class" as a shipping method at checkout, your package will not come with insurance, and can take anywhere between 3-5 business days to arrive.
•We are not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered, or a delay in packages. USPS failures are not our fault. Furthermore, we ship to the address provided upon checkout. If you input the incorrect address, you are responsible for the lost package.
International Shipping:
•You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number. If you select "Priority" as a shipping method at checkout, your package will come with insurance up to $50, and can take anywhere between 6-10 business days to arrive. If you select "First Class" as a shipping method at checkout, your package will not come with insurance, and can take anywhere between 7-21 business days to arrive.
•We are not responsible for any customs fees.
•We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Postal failures are not our fault. Furthermore, we ship to the address provided upon checkout. If you input the incorrect address, you are responsible for the lost package.
Rush Orders:
•The $15 rush fee means that your order will move to the front of the work queue. We do our best to get started on orders as soon as possible, but understand if you have a special day in mind to receive your package (e.i. pregnancy announcement, baby shower, etc.).
Returns:
•Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Clothing items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. Non-clothing items must be unopened and in their original packaging. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Urban Baby Co.
•All stuffed toys, hats, headbands, teethers, pacifiers, swaddles, and nursery decor are final sale. Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.
•All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days. Urban Baby Co. does not cover return shipping costs, but will happily cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges. In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST email us.
Order Cancellations:
•Cancellations can be made within 24 hours after your order is placed.
