Manufacturer’s Warranty
All of our products are offered with the respective manufacturer’s warranty and a timeframe of at least 12 months:
Product testing has been carried out using the original, unmodified european spec motorcycles. Please be aware that products have not been tested with third party items and as a result, any products used with third party, modified or altered products will not be covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty.
Puig, Longride, Powerbronze, Ermax and GB Racing are supplied with a one-year manufacturer warranty, subject to correct fitment and normal wear and tear.SHAD products are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty, provided they are correctly fitted, used with the listed compatible products, and show normal wear and tear.
Warranty Process
If you are experiencing a problem with a particular product, please inform us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. From there, we will assess whether or not it is a warranty issue, however, it is important to note that we may require photos and/or videos to illustrate the problem. If your initial warranty request is approved and the product returns to us, we will send it off to the manufacturer who will ultimately decide if it meets the warranty credentials.
Return Shipping
If we require a product to be returned to us for further assessment, the customer will cover return shipping costs. If a fault is found in the product and the warranty request is approved, return shipping will be returned up to the cost of £9.99. Please note, in the case of a warranty return we will provide a returns number which you need to note inside the return package.
We recommend shipping products back to us in their original packaging. If this is no longer available, the customer is responsible for sourcing appropriate, alternative packaging. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit.
