~Shipping~
• Where does My Best Friend's Closet Dacula ship to?
• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
• Including P.O. Boxes.
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
My Best Friend's Closet Dacula does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.
● How much does shipping cost?
My Best Friend's Closet Dacula charges shipping by the total order weight.
• How long does the shipping take?
Shipping is one of our high priorities, so you should receive your My Best Friend's Closet (Dacula) products between 2~5 business days for most of our collections. Our Worth The Absolute Wait Collection takes 5~10 Business Days. We aim for no more than a 14 day turnaround or we make it right.
• Our customers can track their orders?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped. You can log into your account with the phone number you registered with during check out.
~Returns~
My Best Friend's Closet (Dacula) Return Policy
My Best Friend's Closet Dacula will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a decline of the entire return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
• Please allow My Best Friend's Closet Dacula 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• My Best Friend's Closet Dacula will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Initiating a Return :

** Note : some returns may require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the reason for return.
● once submitted, you will receive a Return Authorization ( RA ) Number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.
(You can also cancel the return submission if you need to in this step)
● To check on the return status of an order, email [email protected] with your RA or order number .
(Please allow My Best Friend's Closet Dacula 5-7 business days from the time it arrives to our facility for processing.)
Return Status
Processing time is 5 ~ 7 business days after we receive the return
To help expedite the processing of returns, please include the following :
• The original invoice or at minimum a note with order number and reason for return
• Email My Best Friend's Closet the Return Process ( See Initiating a Return ) :
• Items must be unworn, original tags, and packaging with SKU label visible
Once a return is processed, My Best Friend's Closet Dacula will reach out via email to confirm.
Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages
Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.
To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to My Best Friend's Closet Dacula or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.
~Cancellations~
My Best Friend's Closet Dacula's Order Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.
If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed.
Please note that My Best Friend's Closet Dacula and our vendors' warehouses work as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is extremely brief since your orders are processed almost immediately.
We recommend initiating a return for any unwanted items once you receive them within 7 business days. Please refer to our returns policy article for more information.
