 What happens once I have placed my order?

Your order is placed and now awaiting printing and packing. Please allow up to 3 business days for this to be printed, packed and shipped.

Why won’t my discount code work?

All discount codes are valid on full priced items only. This will not work on sale items or on bundles that are already at a discounted price.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can email us at [email protected] and request the order be cancelled before shipping.

Has my order been shipped?

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number so you can track this until it is delivered.

 What Courier do we use?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
