Shipping & Delivery

Does the website calendar guarantee the delivery date?

No. We need to check and confirm the date once we receive the order. The calendar date is only an indication for us to let you know when you would like the delivery, but the calendar does not know where you would like to ship this order to and if this date is available. Shipping from Hawaii comes with some restrictions. If your selected date is not available we will contact you. For more information please visit our shipping page. 

How do I track my order?

Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email we have on file for you. You will be notified automatically when the order shipped and when it was delivered. You can always click on the Fedex link during the transit time and check for updates on your package. 

Do I need to sign for my package?

No. All packages are shipped with no signature required. If you wish to sign for it, please call us. 

What time is it in Hawaii?

We are 3 hours behind the West Coast and 6 hours behind the East Coast during summer months. Please note that Hawaii does not change for daylight saving in the winter, so the time difference will be 2 hours behind West Coast in the winter and 5 hours behind East Coast. 

When will my flowers be delivered?

Once the order ships, it takes 1 business day to deliver to the West Coast and 2 business days to all other states. ( All states East of the Rocky Mountains take 2 day for delivery) 

When should I place my order?

We can ship out the same day, but please note that our cut-off time is 9am HST. Try and place the order ahead of time so we can deliver the flowers on your desire delivery date. 

How do I care for my Flowers?

Once you receive your flowers, unpack them carefully. Place in cold water immediately. Change the water every 3-4 days and trim off about an inch off the stems when you change the water.

How do I arrange the flowers?

Receiving Hawaiian Flowers is unique and fun! We always ship the flowers at full length, but we recommend trimming some stems as not all stems are the same length and to achieve a fuller look. For more information please see some arranging instructions here 

Returns & Guarantees

Can my flowers be returned?

No. Due to the perishable nature of this product we do not accept returns. However we will always work with you by either reshipping or refunding the order., should there be an issue. 

What if the flowers arrive and don't look fresh?

We will reship the whole order, no questions asked. 

Do we guarantee the freshness of these flowers?

YES! We are offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so you can order with confidence. We will make sure that you are happy with your order or your money back.*

*Disclaimer:  Please note that the 100% satisfaction guarantee is not applicable if the order is delayed by Fedex and the flowers have been damaged/ruined due to this delay.
