ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS (ONLY STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED)!
We are happy to rectify any issues you may have with your order within 7 days of receiving your order.
You (the customer), will provide and double check spelling on all custom items.
We are happy to cancel orders that have not been fulfilled.
We DO NOT accept returns on custom orders. Please check your orders thoroughly when received. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are within the 14 day window, we accept returns minus a 15% restocking fee (on non-custom items) as long as your items are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P. O. Box 305872, St. Thomas VI 00803 United States unless otherwise intructed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
While we do our best to mitigate this, sometimes things happen. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect order you MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
If you are given or offered a return label YOU MUST SHIP YOUR PRODUCT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE LABEL. AFTER 7 DAYS, IF YOUR PRODUCT IS RETURNED WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER A REFUND/EXCHANGE.
Gift Cards, Custom Products, Sale Products are exempt from returns.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
