Aniskina is an ethical knitwear label based in Moscow. All of the fabrics they use are upcycled. Wool and other fabric discarded as scraps from clothing manufacturing is recycled into spun fibres, dyed and reused to make soft, warm knitwear.
All pieces are handknitted by a collection of older ladies in Moscow. The knitters choose the cost of their own labour, enabling them to maintain a living wage to support themselves and their families.
