How to return your item(s)
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can use our returns portal to print out your own returns label.
Please note the following details to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Personalised jewellery, unfortunately, cannot be returned as it is custom made 1/1 and therefore, cannot be restocked.
- Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a refund, not an exchange, will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
- Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods to us.
- Keep a proof of return and a valid tracking - We are not liable for returns lost in transit or not being received by us.
