For orders within New Zealand, we utilize the services of Courier Post for smaller items, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to various destinations across the country. The delivery times may vary based on the product's stock status and the intended delivery address.

If you place an order before 10AM during working days, we typically ship it on the same day or the following working day. For smaller items, we use the Courier Post overnight service, which means you can expect to receive your order overnight in most cases and may take 1-2 working days for non-rural addresses.

For larger items, all orders are shipped with Castle Parcel/Post haste, with a delivery timeframe of 2-4 working days, depending on the location. Deliveries to rural addresses or items classified as Dangerous Goods (e.g., fragrance, aerosols) may take an additional day for delivery.

To ensure your peace of mind, we have partnered with CourierPost/Castle Parcel/Post haste as our shipping partners, allowing you to track your orders and stay updated on the delivery status.

In the rare event of a shipping issue, such as receiving a damaged parcel, please contact us or the courier company immediately. We recommend keeping both the inner and outer packaging as they may be required for investigation purposes.

Our shipping policy aims to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for our valued customers. If, for any reason, you have not received your ordered item within 5 days from the date of placing the order, we kindly request you to promptly get in touch with our customer support team. In such cases, we will initiate an investigation into the delivery status on your behalf. Please be aware that most shipping companies adhere to a 7-day time frame from the date of item dispatch to conduct investigations or process any claims related to the shipment. Rest assured, we will make every effort to address any shipping issues and keep you informed throughout the process until a satisfactory resolution is reached.
