Burleigh Wagon Warranty Information

We stand by the quality of our Burleigh Wagons with a 5-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your wagon will be free from any manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions and in accordance with our operating instructions. Please note that this warranty is intended for personal use only.

Our accessories, picnicware, and beach essentials are covered by a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring they are free from manufacturing defects during normal use.

Key Points of the Warranty:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original retail purchaser.
  • Retain your proof of purchase to validate the warranty.
  • The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase and subject to that country’s specific conditions. We do not ship replacement or repair parts outside the original country of purchase.

Warranty Coverage: In the event of a warranty claim, Burleigh Wagon will provide replacement parts or repairs as deemed appropriate by the company. We reserve the right to use newer model parts as improvements are made over time.

It's important to note that our wagons are crafted using a combination of rotational and blow molding techniques. These processes may result in minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small dents, scuffs, or slight discolorations, which do not affect the wagon’s strength, durability, or functionality. Each wagon is meticulously inspected, and only those meeting our quality standards are shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on these minor cosmetic variations.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Misuse or Negligence: Damage due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow installation instructions.
  • General Wear and Tear: Normal wear from daily use, sun exposure, sweat, detergents, or damp storage.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Work done by third parties or non-approved retailers.
  • Second-Hand Purchases: The warranty does not apply to second-hand purchases or items bought from unauthorized retailers.
  • Accidents: Damage resulting from accidents, airline, or freight handling.

Reporting a Defective Item: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 business days at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description and images of the defect, and your contact information. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item or issue a credit towards your next purchase. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
